WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a high-performing, sales-focused professional who is as passionate about fitness as they are about closing deals.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven Sales Success: Minimum of 5 years of fitness sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Fitness Expertise: Background in the fitness industry (5+ years), with certifications such as Certified Personal Trainer or related credentials preferred.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills to build trust and drive results.
  • CPR & First Aid Certified: Valid certifications are required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Training and Wellness Sales Rep, you’ll be at the heart of our members’ fitness journeys, connecting them with tailored programs and ensuring their success. Your role will combine exceptional sales skills with relationship-building expertise to create an unparalleled member experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive Results: Consistently exceed monthly targets in sales, appointments, member referrals, and closing rates.
  • Engage and Build Relationships: Develop genuine connections with prospective and current members, becoming a trusted fitness partner. Collaborate seamlessly with personal trainers, nutritionists, and other key staff to ensure every member feels supported.
  • Assess and Present: Conduct needs assessments and showcase personalized fitness and wellness program options with enthusiasm and expertise.
  • Upgrade Memberships: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance members’ experiences through membership upgrades.
  • Support Success: Champion members’ fitness journeys by ensuring they have everything they need to achieve their goals.
  • Administrative Excellence: Complete all administrative tasks to the highest company standards.
