JOB INTRODUCTION

Landmarc Support Services are currently seeking to recruit a Training Area Operative to join our dedicated team. In this role you will play a key part in helping to maintain a safe, efficient and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to train.
We are looking for someone enthusiastic about working in an outdoor environment, dedicated to supporting the Military. Landmarc provide full training and continuous development opportunities, making this a fantastic opportunity to start a career on the Defence Training Estate.

Shifts run between: 07:00 - 17:30 from Monday to Sunday.
Hours of work: 39 per week
Contract: Permanent
Annual Allowances: £1,127.50 for working weekends
Location: Lulworth Ranges, Lulworth, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 5QF with the availability to cover weekends at
Bovington Training Area, Allenby Barracks, Bovington, BH20 6JA.

• To ensure that the Defence Training Estate is kept in top condition
• Carry out preventative, planned and reactive maintenance tasks
• Operation and maintenance of plant and equipment (training provided)
• Driving and operating fleet vehicles
• Use of Warning systems including training control offices, flags and lights
• Patrol and oversea the safety of the training estate
• Complete all necessary documentation using both IT and paper-based systems
