The Operations Enablement Senior Analyst - Trainer Assistant, is responsible for providing support for training readiness and implementation by assisting the lead trainer with class and on the job support to raise performance levels in a dynamic and changing environment. You will educate and motivate our advocates through training and development and will be responsible for delivering learning that makes our employees more effective and customer centric. You would act as a change agent and are a critical resource for driving performance. The TA will assist in assessing the operations for performance gaps and establishing recommendations for improvement, ensuring improvements are completed timely. Job title: Training Assistant (Premium Healthcare) Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities Provide support for new hires during classroom training, on-the-job training (OJT), post OJT (90 day), and LMS courses. Conduct role plays with new hires to enhance learning transfer. Put the customer at the center of everything we do and efficiently perform the technical aspects of the line of business supported. Support facilitation of topics, courses, or full programs that focus on the skills required to achieve or exceed the required performance expectations of the learner. Effectively co-manage classrooms to expedite quality learning, virtually or onsite Facilitate daily stand-ups, huddles or meetings with supervisors, OE peers, and learners (frontline staff); including managing takeaways and ensuring follow-up tasks are completed. Provide side-by-side, real time support, using training or coaching to reinforce and develop the classroom learnings Perform class listening and live monitoring during OJT as requested Contribute to streamlining processes and procedures, eliminating rework and reducing productivity variations whenever possible Partner with trainers, coaches, business SME, Ops supervisor, and training supervisor to identify training needs Collaborate with the Trainer, Content Design Team (learning and knowledge) by assisting in the development, review, or improvement of curriculum and instructional materials Assist in managing the training logistics required for virtual and classroom training (pre- and post-training) Demonstrate proper camera usage during all virtual trainings Location: Quezon City, Bridgetowne GBF TowerPhilippines Sagility combines industry-leading technology and transformation-driven BPM services with decades of healthcare domain expertise to help clients draw closer to their members.
