We are seeking knowledgeable and motivated Training Assistants to join our Learning and Development team! As a Training Assistant, you will play a critical role in the success of our new hires by ensuring that our Record Retrievers possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies to excel in their role. Your primary responsibility will be to answer questions, monitor the record retrieval process, provide feedback, review records for accuracy and completion, deliver additional training and assist the Trainer as necessary. You will work closely with the Trainers and your peers to ensure our new hires are receiving best in class training. This position is only internal for our employees. Please submit your resume in English Responsibilities Facilitate engaging and informative training sessions for new hires, focusing on key record retrieval processes, tools, systems, and compliance requirements. Deliver ongoing training sessions to existing employees to enhance their skills, reinforce best practices, and introduce new procedures or updates. Develop and administer assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to record retrieval to ensure training content remains relevant and aligned with industry standards. Provide individual coaching and support to employees, addressing performance gaps and assisting with skill development. Continuously evaluate and enhance training programs based on feedback from participants, managers and stakeholders. Qualifications Knowledgeable and meeting performance and attendance expectations in your current role. Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire adult learners. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Current experience mentoring new hires is a plus.
Responsibilities
