QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree - Scientific field (preferred: Chemistry and pharmaceutic technology – CTF, Chemistry…)
  • Ability in problem-solving and decision-making technique.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, partnership, and organization skills required.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Point.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have excellent communication and soft skills as they will actively engage with business users.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS THAT WILL BE CONSIDERED AS A PLUS:

  • Usage of Minitab, Power BI, Tableau is considered a nice to have requirement.

Responsibilities
  • Support the management of the electronic system to create, assign and verify the execution of training.
  • Support the management of the electronic document management system and review the documents to ensure compliance from a technical point of view as required by the reference procedures.
  • Support the creation of reports and metrics related to on-time completion of trainings, overdue assessment flow, and periodic review of procedures.
  • Support site users in using the reports needed to verify user qualification status and training completion.
  • Support site users in developing training material and establishing training profiles.
  • Support authors during the management of procedures.
  • Interact with Service Provider with to respect to the documentation management flow, including local SharePoint and request management.
  • Support the onboarding and qualification process of new users (master data collection, training profile assignment based on managers’ requests)
