YOUR ROLE Coordinate seamless training experiences by organising room bookings, catering, facility setup, and onsite support for external providers. Maintain accurate and accessible training records by updating the CMS with licences, certificates, and induction details. Monitor compliance by tracking expiry dates, following up with personnel, and ensuring roles and documentation remain current. Produce insightful training reports and forecasts, including headcount and expiry data, to support workforce planning. Manage training procurement by liaising with providers, raising purchase orders, negotiating pricing, and finalising administrative tasks. Collaborate across teams including Security, RTOs, and system platforms like WISENET and Rapid to support organisation-wide training needs.
