The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a training center manager or business development manager in the training field and a proven track record in team leadership and business development.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a training manager or business development manager.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience working in the UAE training market
