C&C is a well established and respected training provider that works with companies throughout the UK. With a strong focus on attention to detail, being organised and with great face to face and telephone communication skills, we are looking for an experienced administrator to support the training team and to look after our delegates when they visit the training centre.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

The perfect Training & Centre Administrator will already have experience working in an administrative role. You will also need:

  • A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and confident with using customer management systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with your colleagues
  • To be highly organised and efficient
  • To work to a high degree of accuracy
  • The ability to manage your own workload and use your initiative

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Education to GCSE level with Mathematics & English Language Grade C or above essential.

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

You will carry out a range of administrative tasks including creating course paperwork, submitting course results, creating and sending certificates, helping customers with certificate queries as well as greeting delegates and ensuring the training centre runs smoothly.
