  • Support the implementation of new equipment or processes through relevant training.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Work with external training providers and manage associated logistics and compliance records.
  • Report on training KPIs, compliance trends, and performance to key stakeholders.

About You:

  • Experienced in coordinating and delivering training in a manufacturing, food production, or similar environment.
  • Knowledgeable in food safety, hygiene, and health & safety best practices.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping and organisation skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage people at all levels.
  • Comfortable working with different formats, including visual aids and translated materials.
  • Able to demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and high level of professionalism.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to produce reports and training records as needed.

What We Offer:

  • A supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Opportunities for professional development and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Involvement in key audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • The chance to make a real difference in shaping the learning culture across our site.
