  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly
  • Awareness of the Construction Industry and the Construction
  • Industry Training Board (Desirable but not essential)QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • The candidate must have a minimum of 3 GCSE grades (or equivalent) at A-C level, including Maths and English
  • Previous experience in a similar position is desirable but not essential
Responsibilities
  • Organise initial and recertification training as required
  • Maintain systems such the Training Management System and the Sentinel Management System
  • Liaise with supply chain partners to source value training solutions
  • Reporting of statistical information to the Training Manager
  • Monitor primary and sub-sponsor requests via the Training Management System
  • Process quality documents upon receipt within the Training
  • Department. For example, Record of Training / TBT (CS033)
  • Order and process Sentinel smartcards as required
  • Process outstanding training agreements for people who leave the business
  • Produce 60 day training expiry reports and liaise with the
  • Training Manager regarding recertification
  • Update CITB grant claim form
  • Monitor ‘completion of learning support’ system
  • Any other administrative duties as directed by the Training Manager
