Overview:
We’re seeking a temporary, part-time Training & Communications Administrator to support Care Hospice learning initiatives and internal communications. This role will coordinate training programs, maintain learning resources, update and manage the organization’s intranet and help craft clear, engaging messages to keep our team informed and connected.
* This position will be part-time (15-25 hours a week) through June 2026. Flexible schedule and ability to work remotely. *

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and organize training sessions
  • Maintain training records
  • Assist in developing and distributing internal communications
  • Support leaders in delivering timely updates and announcements
  • Track participation and feedback to improve future programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field a plus
  • Experience in organizational communication and training
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, articulating complex problems if they arise
  • Detail Oriented with the ability to support change and effectively managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
