Job Title: Training & Communications Specialist

Salary: £40,748 + depending on skills & experience

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

• Previous experience in a Training & Communications environment
• Experience designing and developing Training content

Desirable:

• Proficient with Creative software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Experience using with relevant software and Learning Management Systems (e.g. Articulate, Storyline 360)
• Experience using Project Management toolsets (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Primavera P6)
• Engineering background or experience analysing complex data

• Working within the Training & Communications team within SSNA Programme
• Designing and developing high quality Training and Communications content for the SSNA Submarine build
• Providing best practice (methodologies, ways of working, templates, approach) for Training content production
• Guiding and directing distribution and application of Training content
• Managing multiple medium-to-large projects of varying complexity
• Creating project reports and schedules to present to a range of stakeholders
• Digesting new complex information to develop high-level understanding to create effective training material
• Communicating with a range of stakeholders end to end to enable and support the embedment of Change initiatives
