About the Role Level: 3 Department: HR Training and Competence Location: London (Hybrid) Contract: FTC – 12 months This role a great opportunity for someone who is interested in Training and Competence (T&C) and is passionate about the importance of learning and the continuous skills growth of a workforce, to provide support within the T&C team. As part of a team comprising this role, the T&C Lead and the T&C Coordinator, the role is fundamental to supporting the day-to-day smooth running of the T&C function, interacting with stakeholders at all levels. The role will provide the opportunity to increase technical knowledge in this key regulatory area as well as build relationships across the business. Key responsibilities include: Prepare monthly T&C reports/ KPIs Assist with other reporting such as FCA returns Assistance in administration of T&C processes Own and develop documented T&C processes T&C system administration (Worksmart and Competent Adviser) Coordinate annual review of induction/policy material Manage ensuring T&C records are up to date Support in delivery of ad hoc T&C projects, in particular with respect to T&C systems About You You will have an interest and willingness to learn about the T&C framework and regulations within Financial Services, as well as a desire to support the growth of our people, is key for this role. You will have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, and be able to balance managing routine daily, and timebound tasks, with cyclical events. You will have strong analytical skills and be able to manage data and generate reports to track key metrics and reporting points for the team. You will have experience of managing regular reporting cycles. You will have strong knowledge of Excel, including the ability to use functionality such as VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
