Job Description
Responsible for and training teams, as well as, evaluate and enhance training programs to strengthen the capabilities and productivity of our teams.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have high school diploma or GED.
Proven experience in data or compliance reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Can handle multiple projects at one time and prioritize them based on deadlines and outcomes.
Must have proficient knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Video Conferencing Tools, Assessment and Evaluation Tools, Project Management Tools, Collaboration Tools, Data Analysis Tools.
Must have proficient analytical skills, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, quick adaptability, evaluation and assessment knowledge.
Commitment to fostering effective and engaging learning experiences.
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.
Must be a U.S. citizen or have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.

Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify the training needs of different departments and teams. This involves gathering data through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and performance evaluations.
Implement methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs. This includes designing assessment tools, conducting evaluations, and gathering feedback from participants to measure learning outcomes and program impact.
Analyze data from training evaluations and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Update training materials and approaches based on this analysis to ensure that training programs remain relevant and effective.
Leverage various digital platforms and tools to enhance training delivery and accessibility. This includes learning management systems (LMS), video conferencing tools, and interactive online resources.
Prepare detailed reports on training activities, outcomes, and ROI. These reports help stakeholders understand the value and impact of training programs on overall business performance.
Perform other duties as requested.
