ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Training Consultant to join our growing team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

• Facilitating new hiring and training in licensing and products
• Deliver training modules which include technical, soft skills, workshop-based, and new hire training
• Ensure learning outcomes are met by developing learning tests/evaluations, analyzing results, and monitoring post training behaviours of participants
• Analyze results and develop new and effective solutions for current training initiatives
• Seek out areas of opportunity for improvement by providing solutions that result in improved training material, internal training processes and current learning methods
• Recommend solutions to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness while enhancing the experience provided to internal clients
• Partner with other business units to identify training needs
• Leverage external resources and learnings to develop teaching strategies that support the principles of workplace training
