JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking personable and detail-oriented Training Consultant to join our team! The Training Consultant role will offer additional support to Brokers International Mountain States (BIMS), fulfilling necessary requests, facilitating training and organizing data. They will ensure accuracy and timeliness of task completion.

PRIMARY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Life and/or annuity background knowledge preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Strong Attention to Detail
Responsibilities
  • Explaining the Federal Benefits Educators and processes to prospects
  • Organizing workshops and ensuring federal employee attendance
  • Maintain turnout rates to sponsored workshops
  • Maintain registration, fulfillment and logistics
  • Data entry and reporting duties as needed
