Responsibilities

THIS HYBRID ROLE OFFERS A GREAT BALANCE OF HOME AND OFFICE WORKING. YOU’LL JOIN YOUR COLLEAGUES IN OUR MILTON KEYNES OFFICE AT LEAST 1 DAY A WEEK.

As the UK’s largest fibre-only network, and its only proven wholesale challenger, we’re busy setting new standards for what digital infrastructure can and should be.
Designed from scratch for the internet, our network is greener, more reliable and ready for the future. The products we provide over it not only lead the market on speed, value and service, they help businesses to innovate, provide entire communities with a better foundation for their digital lives and support economic growth, locally and nationally.
What does that mean for you? The opportunity to make internet connections (and daily life) a whole lot better, for a lot of people!

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

This role requires strong organisational skills, confidence using training systems and Excel, excellent communication, and a proactive, self-starting attitude.

You’ll also have:

  • Excel proficiency – comfortable using spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and data analysis
  • Inbox management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and respond promptly to training requests
  • Strong organisational skills to coordinate bookings, schedules, and training logistics
  • Clear communication, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal teams and external providers

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Coordinate day-to-day training activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time
  • Manage the shared training inbox, prioritising urgent requests and keeping communication clear and organised
  • Track training progress, update learning systems, and produce reports to support compliance across the business
  • Support apprenticeship programmes and help colleagues access learning tools like LinkedIn Learning
