Description
  • Coordinate the training needs analysis process by reviewing inputs

from the performance management system and training priorities, ensuring the availability of accurate data for training needs assessment.

  • Coordinate the development of the annual training plan by collecting data, organizing schedules, and ensuring alignment between training programs and organizational goals.
  • Monitor the implementation of the annual training plan by coordinating with trainers, departments, and vendors to ensure smooth execution, resolving any organizational issues, and preparing progress reports covering performance, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Oversee the logistical aspects of training sessions, including venue bookings, training material preparation, and ensuring the availability of necessary resources for successful sessions.
  • Manage the training database to ensure all training activities are recorded, participant records are updated, and statistical reports on attendance and engagement are generated.
  • Coordinate with external training providers to ensure high-quality service delivery, review contracts, and verify compliance with organizational standards.
  • Facilitate individual employee development plans by tracking their implementation, gathering feedback, and preparing progress reports on employee progress and necessary corrective actions.
  • Measure the impact of training programs by collecting and analyzing participant feedback and preparing reports on effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare periodic and progress reports on training program execution, including attendance rates, key performance indicators, and achievement of training objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent in a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field.

  • Familiarity with all policies, procedures, and systems related to the field of work.
  • Ability to analyze data, extract statistics, and present results.
  • Proficiency in preparing analytical statistics.
  • Skills in preparing work guides, data documentation, and development plans.
  • Organizational and daily work planning skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficulties and problems.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in computer applications.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
