Our HSEQ Team are growing and looking for a Training Coordinator to join them. You will support the administration of our internal training department including liaising with our internal candidates, training providers and account management teams. You will be responsible for supporting the training administrator to ensure that key operational training requirements, and service levels, are maintained. This will include the processing payments and building relationships with external training providers.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Confident with MS Office and good level of excel
  • Good Communication both written and verbal
  • High level of organisation
  • Able to build relationships
  • Previous experience within a busy internal training department
Responsibilities
  • Managing Payments and POs for Training Providers
  • Creating and updating spreadsheets of Training transactions for all accounts to monitor spend /budget
  • Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts
  • Monitoring and reporting of missed training for all accounts
  • Maintaining the internal training process SLA’s
  • Highlighting any gaps in line with mandatory training requirements
