OVERVIEW

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that all roles within our partner businesses are adequately trained on all aspects of the Benchmark proposition. This will help maximise efficiency within their organisations, provide tangible benefits of collaborating with Benchmark, and increase the adoption of our diverse solutions.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in training needs analysis and training programme development.
  • Familiarity with financial services, especially in the areas of advice and compliance.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging training materials and collateral.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for training needs analysis for partner businesses (network/DA/owned)
  • Production of the central training plan covering Enable, Fusion, our product set, SIS, network proposition (e.g. mortgages/protection) Training needs to be tailored to the various roles within an advice business – Business owner/Paraplanner/Adminstrator (Compliance to be covered by Compliance supervisors as current arrangement). Training should be developed in a way that this could be delivered F2F, virtual and ‘on demand’. However there needs to be a focus on the ability to deliver a module F2F within an advisers office
  • Production and ongoing maintenance of all training collateral to support the plan
  • Ensure that ‘trainers’ are adequately equipped to train on each of the various modules
