JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Training Coordinator to support and administer training initiatives aligned with our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) objectives. In this role, you will coordinate programs that promote ESG awareness, regulatory compliance, sustainable practices, and ethical decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainability and brings experience in training, program coordination, or corporate responsibility.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Human Resources, Education, Environmental Studies, or related field
  • Experience in training coordination, learning and development, or ESG program support
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Ability to create digital learning content using tools like Articulate, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage ESG-related training programs, including topics such as sustainability practices, compliance, DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion), ethics, and climate risk
  • Collaborate with ESG, HR, and Compliance teams to identify training needs related to environmental policies, social impact, and governance standards
  • Schedule training sessions and ensure smooth logistics (e.g., venue setup, materials, tech support) for in-person and virtual learning
  • Maintain accurate training records to support audit readiness and ESG reporting requirements
  • Assist in the development of ESG training materials and e-learning content in collaboration with internal subject matter experts
  • Monitor training effectiveness and collect feedback to improve programs continuously
  • Track employee participation in mandatory ESG training and support compliance monitoring
  • Coordinate with external trainers, vendors, and sustainability consultants as needed
  • Promote awareness of ESG goals and training opportunities through internal communications
  • Support onboarding with ESG-specific modules for new employees and partners
