Assignment Description: We are now looking for a Training Coordinator where you will have great opportunities to design and run training on vehicle systems for next generation vehicles. The work involves everything from developing plans to being responsible for coordinating the production of materials and training opportunities and identifying equipment that is needed. The training is held either in Karlskrona or at subcontractors. The training is primarily for crew and maintenance personnel. You coordinate system engineers and subcontractors who also teach and represent their parts in the training program. You will also come into contact with customers, users and suppliers, which places demands on your social and adaptable abilities.To succeed in the role, you should be driven, structured, methodical and a good team player. Your qualifications: • Technical education or other technical background • Previous experience in coordinating and planning • Experience from one of the ILS areas: Technical information or Training • Excellent Swedish and English in speech and writing • Advanced level in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel • Added value if you have a military background or completed military service
