  • Contract Duration: 9-months
  • Compensation: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

What you’ll do as a Training Coordinator:

  • Support and administer training and certification programs
  • Evaluate, draft, and edit operating procedure manuals and in-house training materials to improve work quality and efficiency
  • Publish and maintain online learning platforms and ensure training schedules are met
  • Analyze data and generate summary reports for management using advanced database skills
  • Communicate with vendors to coordinate contracts, timelines, and materials, while monitoring budgets and costs
  • Ensure documentation, safety guidelines, and compliance standards are met
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues using training theories and best practices

What you’ll bring to the Training Coordinator role:

  • Bachelor’s degree with up to 1 year of relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of training theories and practices, with an eagerness to grow in this field
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to follow defined procedures while exercising judgment when conditions vary
  • Analytical skills to interpret information, draw conclusions, and recommend solutions
  • Experience managing databases, reporting tools, and online learning platforms
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently under general guidance
