EGM partners are thrilled to be supporting Relationships Australia South Australia (RASA) in recruiting for their newly created Training Coordinator position within People & Development. This role will play a key part in coordinating learning and development initiatives across the organisation.

They have more than 70 years of experience providing family and relationship services in South Australia, and are part of the Relationships Australia Federation.


ABOUT THE ROLE

As Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring RASA employees have access to high quality, relevant learning opportunities that support both individual development and organisational priorities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and administering RASA’s learning and development activities.
  • Coordinating role based and organisational training, monitoring completion and providing reporting.
  • Coordinating onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Supporting leadership development initiatives, workshops and professional development opportunities.
  • Administering the Learning Management System and maintaining accurate training records.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness through participant feedback, reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining training policies, procedures and communication materials.
  • Preparing reports on learning participation, compliance, capability development and training outcomes.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous learning and encouraging employee engagement in professional development.
  • Providing broader administrative support to the People & Development team as required.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll be an organised, proactive and people focused professional who enjoys bringing structure to training programs and creating positive learning experiences.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience administering organisational learning and development initiatives.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong reporting skills, with the ability to turn information into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

Experience within the community services or not-for-profit sector would be highly regarded.


Working With Children Check: A satisfactory DHS Working With Children Check is required

National Criminal History Check: Required

Driver’s licence and own vehicle: Required
