FILINVEST COMPANY: CHROMA HOSPITALITY INC. The Training Assistant will assist the Organizational Development and Culture team in: Handling the reservation of venues, facilities, and equipment for face-to-face training programs Organizing virtual meetings in coordination with stake holders Coordinates training programs organized by the Corporate Office. This includes organizing meals/snacks, training materials, certificates and other logistics required on the Program Overview. Manages all Training Information (Training Hours, Training Materials, Training Announcements, Talent Development Metrics etc.) Assists the program participants and facilitators in all their respective and related concerns and inquiries before, during, and after the training programs. Coordinates all travel requirements of the team Coordinates all external training needs of the Corporate Office Performs other tasks that are related to the position Qualifications College graduate/ University degree of Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related field At least 6 months Good understanding of local languages Oral and written proficiency in English Computer Savvy
