Training Care Coordinator
Your role will be to support new carers onboard to their new job role as CAREGivers with the company. To support the delivery of initial onboard training. plan, organise and perform support visits to new caregivers
Based in Colwyn bay, you will deliver training and support sessions to both Home Instead offices in Colwyn Bay and Wrexham

To ensure that our Care Professionals receive the appropriate and high-quality support.

  • Support visits, plan introductions and shadow visits.
  • Conduct CAREGiver support visits and client QA’s.
  • Update and audit client Personal plans and assist with digital care planning.
  • Maintain accurate CAREGiver records.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Support and mentor CAREGivers.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and CAREGivers.
  • Ensure planning boards are completed monthly
  • Any other duties as directed by your line manager.
  • Participate in on-call duties as required. compliance with Home Instead’s Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy. approximately 1 week in 7 or 8
  • Ensure in respect of employment and service delivery.
  • Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business. 
  • Deliver care to our clients where required.
  • This role requires travelling in and around the Wrexham and Flintshire areas.
  • Flexibility to support CAREGivers and provide care early mornings, late evenings and weekends where necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00 per year
