Qualifications

• AS/BS/BA in Education, Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, or EngineeringOR
• 6 years of experience in a customer service or training support environmentOR
• A combination of college coursework and related professional experienc

• Serve as the initial point of contact for training-related inquiries and requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues; escalate mid-complex issues as necessary.
• Execute LMS transactions using Cornerstone Admin role and Reporting 2.0.
• Perform data entry and maintain GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) training records in alignment with document management standards.
• Manage routine requests for training assignments, observer modifications, curriculum updates, and learning object changes.
• Ensure compliance with training and curriculum standards when processing requests.
• Run standard reports and interpret training data to support business decisions.
