The Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing, tracking, and supporting employee training initiatives across the organization. This role ensures training programs are effectively scheduled, communicated, and documented, with a focus on compliance, new hire onboarding, and ongoing professional development. The Training Coordinator partners with HR, department leaders, and external providers to deliver engaging and effective training experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Training Coordination and Scheduling (40%)
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate training events, including safety, compliance, technical, and professional development sessions.
  • Manage calendars, send invitations, and oversee logistics.
  • New Hire Onboarding Support (20%)
  • Organize onboarding sessions for new employees, including orientation, departmental training, and completion of required modules and checklists.
  • Tracking and Reporting (15%)
  • Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and attendance.
  • Use tracking tools or LMS platforms to monitor compliance and generate reports.
  • Communication and Support (10%)
  • Act as a point of contact for training-related inquiries.
  • Provide employees and managers with resources, registration support, and follow-up after sessions.
  • Training Materials and Resources (5%)
  • Assist with the preparation, updating, and distribution of training materials such as presentations, handouts, and evaluations.
  • Vendor and System Coordination (5%)
  • Work with external training providers to schedule and register employees, and manage billing and documentation.
  • Support LMS and e-learning platform usage.
  • Other Duties as Assigned (5%)
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.
  • Stay current on company platforms, training procedures, and scheduling tools.
