Are you interested in developing a career within Learning and Development? Do you have strong administrative experience with an interest in working within HR? We are working with an engineering organisation who due to investment, are looking for a Training Coordinator on a permanent basis. In the role you will provide day to day assistance to the HR and Operations departments by supporting training compliance, best practice and improvements.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Work with the department leaders to conduct and deliver training needs analysis.
  • Support the training plan for operational training including SOP training and assisting with external and internal training delivery.
  • Design and implement training materials including digital, classroom and shopfloor training programmes.
  • Be first point of contact for all training enquiries.
  • Completing training administrative tasks.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong administrative experience
  • Passionate about working within HR/Learning and Development
  • Strong interpersonal skills
