We’re seeking someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building systems from the ground up, and knows that effective training goes beyond PowerPoints. You’ll need to be comfortable managing people and processes, coordinating across departments, and refining systems over time. Strong candidates will bring:

  • Strategic thinking and attention to detail
  • Experience designing training programs and evaluating their effectiveness
  • Comfort supervising staff and supporting accountability
  • Familiarity with credentialing standards such as RBT and BACB (or a willingness to learn)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in HR, education, or related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of training or instructional experience; supervisory or lead experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Familiarity with credentialing standards (RBT, BACB) and training databases or LMS
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% between locations
  • CPR coordination experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities
  • Lead training strategy development to align with organizational goals
  • Supervise the Credentialing Assistant and oversee RBT/BACB compliance
  • Coordinate CPR training with the American Red Cross
  • Design and evaluate onboarding and professional development systems
  • Partner with Training Specialists to deliver high-impact training experiences
  • Develop instructional materials using adult learning principles
  • Manage training logistics, feedback, and improvement processes
  • Collaborate across departments (HR, Clinical, Ops) to align training with organizational needs
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure audit readiness
