COORDINATION OF SKILLS PROGRAMMES:

  • Support the effective planning of Skills Development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and workshops. Ensure accurate tracking and recording of attendance and completion data. Generate and analyse reports to provide insights and recommendations for programme improvement.
  • Manage logistical aspects for skills programmes such as venue selection, facilitator check-in, data collection, room bookings, laptops, passes, feedback, and course uploads to the Learning Management System (LMS).

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW AND SHOW

  • Experience in an early career and/or apprenticeship training coordinator role (essential)
  • Project management techniques (desirable)
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, presenting data and insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Sets priorities without guidance or direction, and can manage workload and conflicting priorities.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills, working collaboratively across the team and function.
  • Good IT Skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint essential).
