Currently, we are seeking a qualified Training Coordinator to work collaboratively with our sawmill in Aberdeen, Washington .

QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead others by example
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
• Familiarity with a sawmill layout, operational procedures, and equipment to successfully train new crew members
• Proven commitment to safety excellence and Company policy
• Working knowledge of basic computer programs, including Word and Outlook
