Te Tūranga /About the role: We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Training Coordinator to join our team at Silver Fern Farms Pareora. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading site training programmes, from onboarding and on-job training through to external training delivery. You’ll ensure compliance requirements are met, records are maintained, and training is effective, consistent, and engaging. You’ll also play a key part in coaching and supporting trainers and buddy trainers, building capability across the site, and ensuring our people are safe, skilled, and confident in their work. Ōu Pūkenga /About You: To be successful in this role, you'll bring: Experience in training, learning & development, or a similar role Strong facilitation and presentation skills across multiple learning methods (classroom, virtual, on-job) Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and influence others Good knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and training systems Computer literacy (MS Office essential) and strong organisational skills Experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment (meat industry experience an advantage) Te Ahurea /Why work at Silver Fern Farms?
