Role Overview The Training & Corporate Culture Specialist will be responsible for building a structured, scalable training system and driving PalmPay’s corporate culture development in Bangladesh. This role plays a critical part in enhancing employee capability, strengthening organizational values, and supporting long-term business growth through people development and cultural alignment. The ideal candidate will possess strong capabilities in both training system construction and corporate culture shaping and communication. Key Responsibilities A. Training System Development Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by working closely with department heads and employees to identify effective, actionable training needs. Design and establish a systematic training framework, including training architecture, learning pathways, and a centralized training platform. Continuously improve new employee onboarding programs to ensure fast integration and productivity. Develop and manage general training programs for existing employees, including functional skills, soft skills, and leadership development. Build and manage an Internal Trainer (In-house Instructor) Mechanism, including: Defining trainer selection and qualification criteria Designing trainer incentive and reward mechanisms Establishing recognition and honor systems for internal trainers Track training effectiveness and continuously optimize programs based on feedback and performance outcomes. B. Corporate Culture Development Summarize, shape, and clearly articulate PalmPay’s core corporate culture, values, and behavioral standards for the Bangladesh organization. Design and implement effective culture communication initiatives, including: Corporate culture walls Visual branding elements Digital and internal communication channels Establish and manage a Culture Role Model / Culture Ambassador Program, including: Clear evaluation criteria Monthly or quarterly recognition cycles Promotion of positive role models across the organization Organize culture-related activities, campaigns, and internal engagement initiatives to strengthen employee alignment and belonging. C. Cross-functional & Management Support Work closely with HR, leadership, and business teams to align training and culture initiatives with business strategy. Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and culture initiatives for management review. Support change management initiatives and organizational development programs. Required Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional HR certifications are an added advantage. Experience 3–5 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development (L&D), Training, or Organizational Development. Proven hands-on experience in training system design, onboarding programs, and internal trainer development. Practical experience in corporate culture building, employee engagement, or internal communications. Experience in fintech, tech, telecom, or fast-growing organizations is preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong training needs analysis and instructional design capability. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Strong project management and execution ability. Creative mindset with strong attention to organizational culture and employee experience. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
