Position Overview We are seeking a Training & Culture Specialist to design and deliver impactful training programs while fostering a strong organizational culture. This role combines learning & development responsibilities with culture-building initiatives, ensuring employees have the tools, skills, and environment needed to thrive. The ideal candidate will bring strong facilitation skills, creativity in training design, and a passion for cultivating an engaging workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver training programs (classroom, virtual, and blended formats). Create engaging training materials, manuals, e-learning modules, and other resources. Conduct training needs assessments with managers to identify and address skill gaps. Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements. Support onboarding by delivering induction and orientation sessions for new hires. Partner with HR and leadership to strengthen organizational culture and promote employee engagement. Lead and coordinate culture-building campaigns, employee activities, and engagement programs. Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring alignment with PalmPay’s mission, vision, and values. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or organizational development. Proven experience in training content design and facilitation. Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills. Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging, interactive training content. Passionate about employee engagement and building a strong workplace culture.
