Position Name: Training Curriculum Developer Location: Broome County, NY Hourly Rate: $65–$110 Key Responsibilities Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum for the District Attorney’s Office, including courses, descriptions, and lecture titles suitable for CLE credit designation. Align training content with Discovery Law requirements and staff development needs. Coordinate with office leadership on curriculum scope, structure, and integration of outside speakers or content. Prepare, organize, and timely submit all course and lecturer materials for review prior to training sessions. Consult on policy/procedure design and new staff onboarding content. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree or master’s in education, public administration, or related field required. 5+ years of curriculum design/training development experience, preferably for prosecutors or legal/government entities. Knowledge of New York State criminal law and CLE requirements. Strong project management, instructional design, and written communication skills.
