JOB SUMMARY

Free Play for Kids is seeking a Training & Curriculum Developer to lead the design, implementation, and refinement of Free Play’s Sport To Life - Coach 2 and 3 curriculum. This role ensures that the Sport To Life curriculumis woven into all programming to support all Free Play Participants, develop strong coaches, and promote holistic growth.
Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Director of Programs, program managers, and head coaches, this role combines curriculum design, training, and evaluation to ensure a consistent and impactful experience for the Free To Play participants as well as the staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in curriculum development, leadership training, or coaching.
• Knowledge of SEL, youth sport development, and underserved communities.
• Experience with lesson planning, facilitation, and feedback tools.
• Strong communication, project management, and coaching skills.
• Coaching or leadership certification is an asset.
