🕒 Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week on a term time only basis 📍 HMS Sultan, Portsmouth 🔐 Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level. Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster – Your role will be delivering high quality MESD training, while supporting trainee development, maintaining training documentation, and upholding the highest standards of safety, security, and professional development. Job title: Training Delivery Instructor - Mechanical Engineering (Refrigeration) Job Description: What you’ll be doing To deliver training in MESD modules (Refrigeration/gases/equipment) as directed by the Department Training Manager in accordance with the Training Plan and Sultan Training Standing Operating Procedures. To assist in maintaining and updating training documentation. To assess student course work and provide feedback on performance To be responsible for the duty of care/progression of trainees during the delivery of training. Ensure Company security, health, safety and environmental procedures are implemented and complied with at all times. Maintain CPD recording all training evidence.
