On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for a Training Delivery Manager, (Inside IR35) for a 8 month (potential extension) contract based in London (1-3 days per week).

As a Training Delivery Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Deliver all core training modules and provide assessment support, including feedback to your line manager.
  • Continuously review and refine training content and schedules to reflect best practices.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and support the mentoring system.
  • Ensure new joiners are using key resources like the RFI log and understand DARR processes.
  • Line manage one EO, providing guidance and support in line with HEO responsibilities.
  • Support the integration of new joiners into DARR through structured training and resource alignment.
