Description

The Training Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training materials for ILT sessions. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in building training content, preferably within the clinical domain, and possess a strong understanding of Data Management principles.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in building training materials, ideally within the clinical domain.
  • Strong understanding of Data Management principles.
  • Proficiency in instructional design, including content chunking, visual design, and learning technologies.
  • Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Suite.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Camtasia) and interactive tools (e.g., Kahoot!).
  • Excellent command of MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
