Description The Training Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Army training and education products in support of Operational Contract Support (OCS). This role applies TRADOC training development doctrine and instructional design methodologies to ensure training programs effectively prepare personnel for mission requirements. Key Responsibilities Training Development & Instructional Design Apply TRADOC 350-70 and ADDIE methodology to develop training products Conduct job/task analysis to identify training requirements Develop: Programs of Instruction (POIs) Lesson plans Training support packages Instructor and student materials Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) Design and develop eLearning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 Create interactive, engaging, and standards-compliant training modules Ensure compatibility with Army learning management systems Curriculum Management Review and update existing training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance Support Critical Task Selection Boards (CTSSBs) Maintain training documentation and version control Evaluation & Improvement Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements Incorporate lessons learned and feedback into training updates Ensure alignment with operational requirements Collaboration & Reporting Work with SMEs, instructors, and stakeholders Develop reports, training documentation, and status updates Support training program implementation and delivery Requirements Bachelor’s degree Active Secret clearance 4–6+ years experience in training development or instructional design Experience with TRADOC processes and eLearning tools
