The Job
As Training & Development Coordinator O2C, you will take the lead in building and professionalizing the Training & Development function within the Sales Support organization. You bring experience in setting up training structures from scratch and are proactive, hands-on and able to drive progress independently. SAP knowledge and training delivery skills are a strong plus. You will be responsible for enhancing team capabilities, ensuring consistent ways of working and fostering a learning culture. A key focus will be on developing the 1st Line Support Team into an active part of Training & Development, with potential involvement in training and testing activities. You’ll also coordinate clear communication and knowledge sharing across the O2C domain.

Your Mission

  • Develop and implement a vision and roadmap for Learning & Development (L&D) within the Sales Support organization.
  • Identify training needs and learning priorities in collaboration with regional leads, team managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Design the structure and foundation of the L&D framework, including processes, tools, and platforms.
  • Set clear KPIs and success criteria for training and development initiatives.
  • Design, create, and maintain engaging learning materials (e-learnings, manuals, playbooks, video tutorials, etc.).
  • Deliver trainings yourself where needed, especially during the initial phase.
  • Work with subject matter experts (e.g. SAP users, process owners) to develop targeted training content.
  • Ensure onboarding and refresher training programs are in place and up to date.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all training and knowledge-sharing efforts within the O2C domain.
  • Align closely with the 1st Line Support Team, integrating them into the L&D structure for future training and testing support.
  • Select and implement a suitable Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Manage content publication, updates, and access rights on the platform.
  • Ensure all materials are standardized and easy to access globally.
  • Support the development of the 1st Line Support Team into training contributors or facilitators.
  • Coach regional trainers or training ambassadors (if applicable) to support local rollout and consistency.
  • Collect feedback after each training and use data to continuously improve content and delivery.
  • Track participation and performance metrics to evaluate impact and adjust strategy.
  • Benchmark with external best practices to ensure the platform and content stay relevant and innovative.
  • Assess training requirements within the Sales Support organization to address skill and knowledge gaps and enhance team capabilities to establish the same way of working and knowledge level for all Sales Support Teams.
  • Implement initiatives to cultivate a mindset of ongoing learning and development within the Sales Support organization.
  • Strong collaboration with Commercial Excellence Coordinators, Operational Excellence, Ordermanagement and other O2C Stakeholder to ensure an optimal and ongoing training program.
  • Ensuring consistent communication about processes, updates, and best practices within the O2C domain and point of contact for knowledge sharing.
  • Other occurring relevant activities and/or projects.

Your Talent

  • 4-6 yrs experience in similar position. Experienced within sport/licensing industry and experienced with SAP.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to connect them across
  • A pioneering mindset – enjoys building something from scratch and taking ownership.
  • Resilient and proactive – not afraid to challenge, take decisions, and move things forward.
  • English on proficiency level is a must

This role is based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
