Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Liaise with insurer and employees on insurance matters
- Manage yearly insurance renewals.
- Handle submission of employee insurance and medical claims
- Administer Career Conversion Programme (CCP) , including programme structures, stakeholder management and project operations
- Work with departments and CCP participants on registration and monitor the progress, include claims submission
- Assist to manage the organization’s compensation structures, benefits packages, and incentive schemes to ensure market competitiveness
- Conduct regular salary benchmarking to stay competitive within the industry. Analyze market data and adjust pay structures as necessary
- Assist in preparation for human resources management or development policies and processes
