Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Liaise with insurer and employees on insurance matters
  • Manage yearly insurance renewals.
  • Handle submission of employee insurance and medical claims
  • Administer Career Conversion Programme (CCP) , including programme structures, stakeholder management and project operations
  • Work with departments and CCP participants on registration and monitor the progress, include claims submission
  • Assist to manage the organization’s compensation structures, benefits packages, and incentive schemes to ensure market competitiveness
  • Conduct regular salary benchmarking to stay competitive within the industry. Analyze market data and adjust pay structures as necessary
  • Assist in preparation for human resources management or development policies and processes
