Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Our client is currently recruiting for a Training & Development Manager to work within their vibrant, enthusiastic, and ambitious team. As our Training & Development Manager you will be passionate about delivering outstanding quality sales training in a regulated environment.
You will be reporting directly to the Senior Partner and work collaboratively with, and be fully supported by, other members of the management team to ensure that you are strategically aligned with the agency’s goals and business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Observing and assessing our sales interactions and processes (predominantly via call recordings with some face to face or roleplay).
  • Identifying training needs and coaching colleagues with the primary objective of supporting and developing them to consistently deliver a high-quality sales performance and good customer outcomes.
  • Days in the office would be spent across our three sites (Wotton-under-Edge, Chippenham & Swindon) and include the accompaniment of our sales team on customer visits.
