About the Role: Do you enjoy helping new employees find their footing in the Environmental Cleaning Services team? Are you passionate about training and development? The Training & Development Manager leads the induction of new employees and the delivery of initial and ongoing training, including coordination of mandatory learning and competency assessments to support a skilled and capable workforce. Working closely with Cleaning Coordinators, the role plans, facilitates, and delivers structured, well-coordinated induction and training activities for the ECS team. We are seeking someone who can provide practical, on-the-floor training, coaching, and guidance to both new and existing employees. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in conducting and coordinating competency assessments, supporting staff to meet mandatory training and performance requirements, and maintaining accurate training records and registers.
