Develop a Training Roadmap for Telesales staff, covering Onboarding, Skill Improvement, and Career Development. Organize training classes according to the established roadmap and/or invite guest speakers to share knowledge aligned with the defined objectives. Create recognition programs and engagement programs to build strong motivation among employees. Perform other assigned duties as required.
