KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment (or similar qualification).
• Experience in Articulate Storyline, Rise and Camtastia would be advantageous
• Experience in learning and development, especially in system and transformation projects.
• Experience in system change and transformation initiatives.
• Experience in Train the Trainer delivery, hybrid training models, and effective program evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills - ability to explain complex concepts clearly to various audiences.
• Highly engaging facilitation skills for large groups and senior leaders.
