  • Ability to break down complex topics into easy-to-understand steps
  • Proficient in using online training platforms, video conferencing, and company software tools
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Passion for teaching and helping others succeed

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience in corporate training or employee onboarding
  • Background in operations and processes
  • Ability to design and develop training materials from scratch
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will be the driving force behind our employee training experience, delivering consistent, engaging, and effective training to all new hires across the company. Your mission is to transform new recruits into fully integrated, high-performing team members, ensuring they understand our systems, culture, and expectations before stepping into their roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for all new hires (in-person or virtual)
  • Maintain a structured onboarding curriculum to ensure consistency across teams
  • Train employees on company tools, systems, and procedures
  • Evaluate trainee progress and provide feedback to managers
  • Continuously refine training materials to keep content relevant and up-to-date
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs and updates
  • Track training attendance, completion rates, and performance metrics
