Description

As the Training & Education Facilitator for Anytime Fitness Philippines and Thailand, your primary responsibility is to plan, and lead engaging and productive training sessions and workshops, ensuring participants gain actionable insights and leave the facilitation with more knowledge on the subject than when they arrived. You will guide discussions, encourage collaboration, and maintain a positive and inclusive environment, adapting methods to suit the audience's needs. You will ensure that content is delivered effectively whilst align with our organizational goals and brand standards. This role requires strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions across employee development, technical systems, and leadership topics. Deliver and adapt training content suited for local learners (English, Tagalog, Thai, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning gaps, training needs, and coordinate bookings and attendance. Evaluate training outcomes through assessments and performance feedback. Maintain accurate training records, calendars, and documentation across platforms. Support onboarding, system rollouts, and compliance training for new franchisees and clubs. Partner with Franchise Support Managers and Club Managers to ensure timely completion of required training. Stay updated with trends in learning, tools, and delivery methods to continuously enhance program design. The Ideal Candidate A degree in Business, Operations, Management, Education, or related field. 2+ years of experience in training facilitation or franchise support. Strong communicator with coordination and stakeholder engagement skills. Proactive, organized, and tech-savvy—able to lead sessions both onsite and virtually. Culturally sensitive, capable of delivering content across multiple Southeast Asian markets. Passionate about people development and committed to fitness and franchise excellence.
