JOB SUMMARY:

The Enablement Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training and enablement programmes that enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity while also supporting and educating customers and Internet Service Providers (ISPs). This role requires a strategic thinker who can assess both internal and external training needs and deliver effective learning solutions to support company goals. The Enablement Manager will collaborate with department heads, customers, and ISPs to ensure training initiatives align with business objectives and enhance overall service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to analyse training needs and develop customised learning solutions for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in working with customers and ISPs to provide training and enablement solutions.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and virtual training platforms.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Certification in training programmes (CPTM, ATD, or similar) is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training and enablement programmes for employees, customers, and ISPs.
  • Assess organisational training requirements and create learning strategies accordingly.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions using various instructional methods (e-learning, workshops, on-the-job training, webinars, etc.).
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Manage a team of trainers or external training providers to ensure programme quality.
  • Develop customer and ISP-focused enablement strategies to improve product understanding and adoption.
  • Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and ISPs to enhance their experience with our products and services.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer and ISP training needs, ensuring their success in using our solutions.
  • Maintain training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new training methodologies.
  • Support leadership development programmes and succession planning initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organisation.
